An informed citizenry is a fundamental principle of democracy where citizens have to be informed about public issues in order to make better decisions. A well trained and successful spokesperson is an advocate of the political system using different communication channels to deliver the information to the public.
The course is designed to improve the skills of the media managers and spokespersons of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s ministries after the recent formation of its ninth cabinet. This course provided practical and theoretical support to the participants aiming at enabling them towards better communication and bridging with their fellow citizens.
